CONTRACT 11-404-3S – UPPER DES PLAINES INTERCEPTING SEWER 11D EXT. C REHABILITATION, NSA

Project Description

Benchmark Construction has been awarded contract 11-404-3S by the MWRD to rehabilitate 10,900 feet of 36” circular sewer, rehabilitation of twenty-six (26) manholes by spray-on products; and rehabilitation of one junction structure.

The construction is located in the Villages of Palatine, Arlington Heights and the City of Rolling Meadows, in Palatine Township, County of Cook, State of Illinois.

The Contract start date is October 3, 2023. It is anticipated that the project will be substantially completed by October 24, 2024 and will have a final completion date of December 25, 2024.
